Our Shipping Policy is simple, transparent, and curated to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible.

Every order placed through our store is a one-time purchase — we do not offer or process any subscription-based products or recurring billing. Each purchase is made manually by the customer and billed only once.

All products qualify for free shipping and typically ship within 14 days of your order being placed. We’re always working to improve processing times and often ship sooner. Because every item is handmade to order in-house with care, this 14-day window allows us to accommodate varying order volumes.

We ship via USPS for all custom work, and most orders are delivered within 3–6 business days after shipment. Please note that holidays may affect delivery times.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
